Where's the Beef?
We have had a number of requests recently about our brisket and why we have not had any at the pop-up events we have done recently.
The image of the chart, taken from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics website tells the tale. Yes, we are more than happy to smoke a brisket. But, the price of beef has never been higher.
So, we have been making sure to perfect other proteins for our customers. Over the past few months, we have added Smoked BBQ Pulled Chicken in our house made Smoked Peach BBQ sauce, have nailed our Smoked St. Louis-style Ribs and made sure to add additional house made sauces to our smoked chicken wings (Buffalo, Spicy Buffalo, BBQ, Spicy BBQ and Jerk).
But, if you want beef, we have that too!

For those unfamiliar, we call this our "Smoked Stuffie". We take Stacy's Sourdough Pizza Dough and stuff it with various meats🍖, cheeses🧀 and sauces that I (Jeff) smoke.
The Meatball Parm Smoked Stuffie is one of our favoriites. I smoke the meatballs, smoke the marinara and Stacy adds those with some mozzarella cheese to her sourdough pizza dough, seals and we re-smoke it.💨

Congratulations to Kim Lockwood, from Smile Home Therapy, for winning our gift bag at the Manatee Chamber of Commerce After Hours Event last night. Hope you enjoy the Apple Pie Sourdough, our house spice rub and the bottle of Riesling.
It was another great event! We are so happy to have found such a great networking group with such a great group of people.
