We reopen on Tuesday 15.
These were difficult days when we were afraid, or wanted to escape or simply wanted to be reassured. The preparation for the hurricane was very stressful and physically demanding.
But I saw a wonderful organizational machine, everything was ready, everyone was ready. I saw so much solidarity, everyone was helping each other, so many volunteers, so many working to try to bring things back to normal in the shortest time possible. You are wonderful people.
I am happy to return to cooking for you.
