When a community comes together, lives can change ❤️

This morning we had the opportunity to talk about something that means a lot to us — the community that has grown around Dog Bar and the incredible things that can happen when dog lovers come together to support a good cause.

This Sunday, we’re especially proud to come together for Friends of Manatee County Animal Welfare as they celebrate 10 years of saving lives and giving shelter animals second chances.

Ten years of hard work. Ten years of people showing up. Ten years of making a difference for animals right here in our community.

We hope you’ll join us at Dog Bar Sarasota this Sunday from 12–4 PM to celebrate this incredible milestone and help support the next chapter ❤️

Because when our community shows up for animals, pretty amazing things can happen.

We’re filling the yard with ice pools and giving the pups the coolest Sunday afternoon in Sarasota.

And this one is extra special — Love4Paws is joining the Dog Bar family for their very first event with us! ❤️ They’ll be bringing adoptable dogs, plus we’ll have local vendors and raffles benefiting the rescue.

Cold drinks for the humans.
Ice pools for the dogs.
A/C inside when you need a break.
And a whole afternoon supporting a great local rescue.

We’re still in awe over yesterday. What a day. 🥹

Our Golden Meet Up + Luau Party brought out a record number of dogs, and we seriously can’t thank everyone enough for showing up and making it such an incredible day.

A HUGE thank you to Reef the Golden for co-hosting with us and bringing the Golden crew out in full force — and to everyone who shopped Reef’s Coastal Collection and showed him so much love!

We were also so proud to support Golden Retriever Rescue of Southwest Florida. Thank you for everything you do for these amazing dogs and for being part of such a special day with us.

Thank you to all of our amazing vendors, our team, and everyone who came out to celebrate with us.

And THE GOLDENS. So. Many. Goldens. 😂💛

Yesterday was truly one for the books. Thank you for continuing to show up, support our events, support local rescues, and make Dog Bar such a special place. 🌺
