Even in the Bahamas, Chef & Owner Rich Knowles knows where to find the best ingredients 🎣

By pure coincidence, a friend from Bradenton happened to be fishing nearby. The day’s yellowtail went straight from his boat to the yacht, where Chef Rich transformed it into a vibrant ceviche with leche de tigre before serving strawberry grouper piccata that evening.

🌴If you didn’t know, Owner Rich is private cheffing for Innovative Dining aboard a yacht in the Bahamas this month for Kokomo Yacht Club.
