For many years, Chef Paolo has been an important part of the Cafe Gabbiano family, bringing passion, dedication, and heart to every dish that leaves our kitchen.
Recently, Paolo's wife received the difficult diagnosis of Stage 3 cancer. As they begin navigating treatments, medical expenses, and time away from work, the road ahead will undoubtedly bring both emotional and financial challenges.
