As Café Gabbiano's certified sommelier, Marc specializes in bringing a world class selection of w**e to the cellars of Café Gabbiano and carefully pairs your meal upon request. General Manager, Peter Tracy, has spent the past 28 years in fine dining delivering an excellent guest experience through attentive, personal service. This month, we're featuring Bortoluzzi Pinot Grigio, a bright and refreshing white w**e with aromas of fresh fruit and delicate spring flowers. Crisp yet smooth, it offers beautiful balance, vibrant character, and a clean, lingering finish.

Join us on October 2 for a special Charity Caymus & Truffles W**e Dinner benefiting Rosa DiCosanzo, wife of Chef Paolo, as she undergoes treatment for Stage 3 cancer.

Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring fresh truffles, exceptional w**e pairings, and the opportunity to support Chef Paolo and his family during this challenging time. We'll also be hosting a charity auction with generously donated items throughout the evening.

Proceeds from both the dinner and auction will go directly toward Rosa's treatment and care.
