What’s the difference between going to a chain vs a local mom and pop?

1. You’re supporting a local family.
2. We use FRESH ingredients. Always.

Keep it fresh
Keep it right
Keep it tight

Call me boujee, but I like fresh onions and fresh basil on my pies.

What’s going on yours? 🍕

Behind the scenes of the fork and knife video.

Ryan is fine, the fork isn’t.

Reece is still curling cans of tomato sauce in preparation. 😂

How to spin a pie the right way.

Not the flashy way you see online, the way it’s actually done. Keep it round, get the air out, stretch it slow.

A good smack goes a long way.

We asked the crew what pizza order they judge you for and they didn’t hold back.

Comment your usual order, or expose someone. Don’t lie. 🍕

Tag that friend whose name starts with a J; they owe you a slice of Rico‘s pizza 🍕

What makes a Jersey pie a Jersey pie.

We build it on the peel, not a screen. Dough goes right on the stone and browns the way it’s supposed to. That orange-brown color, that crunch when you fold it. That’s what makes it.

Our family comes from Bagheria, Sicily. Then New York, then Jersey, then here. Same pie the whole way. 🍕
