Some people see an airy, photogenic crumb.

We see four days of fermentation, a carefully developed gluten matrix, 80%+ hydration, precise dough handling, and a bake engineered for optimal heat transfer.

To most, it’s a beautiful slice.

To us, it’s a 9.6 out of 10.

Cloud-like crumb, delicate translucent cell walls, balanced blistering, and a light, crisp structure—but there’s always another detail to refine. That’s the mindset of an artisan baker.

Reviews, awards, and trends may celebrate the final result. We’re fascinated by the process that creates it.

Because pizza isn’t perfected in the moment it’s judged. It’s perfected long before it reaches the oven.

What’s the one technical detail you obsess over in your dough? Tell us below.

Today, America celebrates an incredible milestone—250 years of independence.

We’re grateful to call Sarasota home and to spend this special day serving locals, visitors, and families who have chosen our beautiful Gulf Coast to celebrate.

Whether you’re enjoying Siesta Key, catching fireworks by the bay, or simply sharing a meal with the people you love, we hope your day is filled with gratitude, freedom, and great memories.

🇺🇸 RomanSQ Artisan Pizza is OPEN on the 4th of July.

If your celebration brings you our way, we’d be honored to make your holiday a little more delicious with our 96-hour naturally fermented Roman-style pizza.

Happy Independence Day, America—and thank you to all who have served and continue to protect the freedoms we celebrate today.
