Born and raised in Miami, Alex swapped the big city lights for Sarasota’s shores nine years ago and fell head-over-heels for the hospitality world. When the pandemic hit and things got quiet, she didn’t just pass the time, she went to cocktail school right at home! Teamed up with her husband, a certified wizard of the "bar world," Alex dove headfirst into the liquid arts. ✨🍸
We aren't just talking basic margaritas here. Alex started whipping up scientific milk punches, sweet citrusy oleo-saccharums, wild spirit infusions, and crazy flavor combos. She realized a great drink menu is pure magic and can take a guest's night from good to unforgettable. Alex was a massive fan and regular at Owen’s Fish Camp in Burns Court, so when the chance came to join the Caragiulo family for the grand opening of Owen's Fish Camp Lakewood Ranch in 2023, she hooked it line and sinker!
Alex absolutely lives for our quirky backyard atmosphere, the family-first culture, and making sure everyone leaves full and happy. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her chasing the sunshine on the water, cooking up a storm at home for her awesome husband and daughter, or unwinding with a seriously good bottle of wine.
