Great start to our pizza crawl!! Dan’s came highly recommended but with our group, recommendations don’t mean anything when the first bite happens. Dan & staff were awesome so we were hoping the pizza would live up to it - and it did!! The char!!! Man, the char!! Pizza was fantastic but I screwed up. Never got a picture of the pizza but got the pizzaiola photo-bombing the kids! I’d go back in a heartbeat! Delicious!

If this is your first time trying my apizz’ (ah-beetz)
I have one request:

Please enjoy it at the brewery for your very first visit.

If you’re in a hurry, I completely understand. I simply ask that you come back when you have the time to enjoy it the way it was meant to be eaten fresh, straight out of the oven.

To me, this isn’t just pizza. It’s my passion, my craft, and something I’ve dedicated years of my life to perfecting. I want your first bite to be the best possible experience, because that’s how this style of pizza was intended to be enjoyed.

The good news is, you can relax and make yourself comfortable! The brewery offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and they have much more than just beer. You can enjoy wine, sangria, craft sodas, soft drinks, and more, so there’s something for everyone.

Once you’ve experienced the pizza fresh from the oven, you’re always welcome to order it to go on future visits. But I truly believe everyone should experience that first pizza exactly as it comes out of the oven, hot, and at its absolute best.

Thank you for understanding, for supporting a small business, and for allowing me to share my passion with you.
