More work done today. The menu is coming along and the pos will be set up by tonight. I have to say, I am really impressed with the Square pos system and all they have to offer...
Now on to digitized food safety tracking. Does anybody out there use iot applications for their food safety program? Let me know what you are doing...

First off, here is today's joke....

OMG! Finally the website is up and running...who would have known that it would be that difficult!!
If you haven't already, head on over and check it out, but remember, it is a rough draft....
So far today, I finished my "retraining" for ServSafe, set my time to take the ServSafe exam, got my insurance issues squared away and certificates emailed to additionally insured parties, set my appointment with Will from CBI to talk distribution (Will is amazing btw), and set up times to go and look at trailers...
Let me know what you think so far if you are inclined!!
