All of our pastries, bread, sandwiches, and much more are baked in house everyday! Owners Joel Garcia and Anne-Sophie Garcia come from the South of France in a little village called Montblanc. They had a wonderful bakery for 17 years and now they decided to open a new bakery in Sarasota, FL.
