Meet Chef Joe West, Executive Chef at Le Mans Kitchen. 👨‍🍳🏁

With 25 years of experience, Chef Joe's culinary journey has taken him from Kansas City to some of the country's most acclaimed kitchens, including the two-Michelin-starred Alex at Wynn Las Vegas, Bluestem, Frasca Food and W**e, and a stage at Chicago's legendary Alinea.

A James Beard-recognized culinary community veteran and former Vice President of Jackson Hole's Fine Dining Restaurant Group, Chef Joe brings a passion for farm-to-table cooking, seasonal ingredients, and genuine hospitality to Sarasota.

His philosophy is simple: stay curious, honor the ingredients, and leave every kitchen better than you found it.
