Welcome to the 120hr club 🤛🏼

Two very distinct coffees that share one thing in common, they both underwent 120 hours of fermentation.

1. Bet-el’s 120K Pink Bourbon is a semi washed pink that after extensive sorting and selection undergoes 120 hrs of anaerobic fermentation.
This coffee truly challenges the notion that more fermentation means more funk as it is extremely clean with notes of vanilla, almond, and berries. Its medium body and velvety mouthfeel makes it the perfect espresso.

2. Mesfin Girma’s Wush Wush is an intense natural that perfectly combines the traits of this exotic variety and the potent fruit you’d associate with an extended fermentation natural. Dried for 120 hours, it drips in winey goodness with notes of sangria and orange juice. Versatile across brewing methods, yielding a bright and fruity espresso or a textbook natty Ethiopian pour over, it also makes a killer cold brew.
