Please read the entire post!!! A lot of you already know We have been looking for a food trailer for over a year now. Yesterday we found the perfect set up. It is home now but will take a few weeks to set up! I'm so excited to take Pig Pit BBQ on the road with a new partner! Pig Pit will now travel to all of our LOCAL towns and will be able to travel and compete!!!! This is something I've dreamed of for so long! But with a heavy heavy heart We will not be able to do both! So we will close our Strayhorn location to expand our business! We so appreciate all of you who have supported us over the last 3 years. Our store gave us so much! I want all of you to know we love and appreciate everything everyone ever did for us!!!! I am so so sad but at the same time ready to see what this business has in store for us and our new partner Melinda Bingham!!!! We will be open at the store until we sell out of our freezer products... Just remember we will be back with our truck as we can!!! Thanks everyone for everything!!!!!!!!! We love all of you!!!!!!
