Already Fully Booked on Friday and Saturday this week. Only a couple openings on Thursday and after a couple last minute cancellations there are now a couple of openings for tonight (Wednesday). I’m sure they won’t last long so if you are in the mood for some Sons of Amalfi then hurry and book one of those last spots.

If you are in the mood for some White Pizza and you haven't booked a reservation yet this week then tonight is your only chance. We are already fully booked Thursday, Friday and Saturday. That means tonight, Wednesday, is your last chance for some Amalfi this week. Hurry and book one of those last remaining spots or see your cravings having to wait another week.

Just a reminder that we will be closed Labor Day week so our last day of service will be this Saturday September 5th and we won't reopen until Wednesday September 16th.

There are only a few spots left open on each night this week so if you don't want to wait till we reopen then hurry and book one of those final spots before they are all gone and we all know they will be. Business is just non-stop and over the past month we have only been able to seat a total of two walk-ins. It seems every single night we are fully booked at max capacity by the time 5pm hits. Remember it doesn't mean you shouldn't reach out and check to see if there are any availabilities on the day of. Sometimes we have a last minute cancellation and once in a long while we have a no-show. Never hurts to check when you find yourself in the mood for some White Pizza.

Have I mentioned how much we love it out here in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Well, we do. We really really do 🙌🤠🙌

Thank you for both of these amazing articles from Oklahoma Magazine and Tulsa People Magazine. It was great talking and dealing with everyone involved. From Oklahoma Magazine Brian Schwartz and from Tulsa Magazine Jared Gleaton and Michelle Pollard. You all are awesome and the reviews are spot on and fantastic. Well, except for the minor typo in the Oklahoma Magazine that said Johnny cooked everything. If that was the case we wouldn't have the success that we have had. 🤣

All joking aside it feels great to be on the other end of such a long and uncertain journey. When we put up Amalfi Ristorante Italiano for sale and put our futures in Jesus's hand, we really had no idea what would happen. We just knew that we had faith that he would guide us to the promise land. 🙏😇🙏

Now here we are and it has turned out so much better than even the most optimistic person could have ever hoped for. Thank you Lord for all you have done for us and Thank you to all you wonderful Oklahomans who have welcomed us with open arms. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I'd do it exactly the same a thousand times over. Oklahoma is truly the greatest state in the nation and we are so very proud to call Sapulpa our new forever home. 🇺🇸🤠🇺🇸

And of course, as usual we are almost fully booked for the entire week so if you are looking to come in then hurry and reserve one of the last few open spots. Easiest way to make an online reservation is through our Google Page or to text/call us at 918-999-5995.

Also remember it never hurts to double check and confirm that the reservation went through and it is set for the right day and time. We always feel awful when someone thinks they made a reservation or makes a reservation on the wrong day and we aren't able to get them a table. With just ten tables and being fully booked 98% of all shifts it does happen and we feel terrible every time but if there is no table then there is nothing we can do. 😞
