So proud! Our very own Chef Tim Berry is featured in the October issue of The Laurel Magazine of Highlands NC and Cashiers NC, sharing the story behind one of our most-loved dishes…his Texas-style chicken fried steak.

Chef Tim learned the dish during his years cooking in Texas, and today he brings that same made-from-scratch tradition to Mica’s with fresh round steak, a crispy seasoned crust and plenty of peppery country gravy.

We’re even sharing Chef Tim’s recipe so you can recreate it at home, or better yet, come try it next time you’re here!
