This position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term opportunity, not a temporary or seasonal job.

What We’re Looking For:

Punctual and reliable
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Available to work weekends
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Approximately 25–30 hours per week
Weekend availability required
Typical shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Evenings free
Compensation
Starting at $19–$22 per hour DOE, plus tips
Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility for the right candidate

We are an artisan bakery and café serving a loyal customer base throughout the Santa Ynez Valley. We strive to provide exceptional food, coffee, and hospitality every day.
