The brewhouse was down. The Sparklepants were not. ✨

It’s a DOUBLE SPARKLEPANTS Wednesday, and we’ve got two new reasons to get excited.

🫐 BERRY BLAST SPARKLEPANTS
Real raspberries, marionberries, and blackberries. Deep, dark berry flavor, a little tart, a little jammy, and bursting with juicy goodness. No fake fruit business here.

🍸 POMEGRANATE COSMO COCKTAIL SPARKLEPANTS
She’s pretty in pink. 💕 Pomegranate, cranberry, lime, and tangerine come together for a bright, citrusy cocktail with a crisp, dry finish. Big Cosmo energy, without all the sweetness.

Halloween has officially taken over both taprooms. 🎃 And if you’ve noticed a few extra pumpkins Downtown, there’s a reason for that...

Something’s growing on Ross Street this Saturday. 🎃🌱 Full details tomorrow! Food For Thought

We’ve got a wedding to celebrate! 💍🍻

Today, two of our own are tying the knot!

Charlie (aka Curt Bartender) was Cooperage’s very first employee, way back in 2015, and Amanda joined the crew when we opened our Downtown taproom. We couldn’t be happier for these two!

We’re closing our Airway B**r Garden today, Saturday, October 10, to celebrate with them, but our Downtown Ross Street taproom is OPEN for regular business!

Help us raise a glass to Charlie and Amanda! Wishing them a lifetime of love, laughter, and plenty of good b**r! ❤️🍻

We ghosted B**r Drop last week because we were in Yakima sniffing hops for the 2027 brew season. Very important business.

We’re back with:

🍚 Wok This Way — crisp, dry rice l***r. Light on its feet and dangerously easy to drink.

✂️ Trimcoe — West Coast IPA. Simcoe doing Simcoe things: dank, piney, citrusy, crisp.

💸 Crispy Crusher — fresh batch of the people’s champ. Cold, crispy, and still everyone’s favorite affordable pint.

📼 THE MIXTAPE IS COMPLETE. 📼

You called the radio station over and over trying to get your song played, then waited by the stereo with one finger on RECORD.

And if you were lucky, you had that one friend with the dual-cassette deck who could make everybody a copy.

Before Spotify, making the perfect mixtape took some work.

Well... we finally finished ours. 💿🔥

🏈 CANDLESTICK SEASON IS BACK.

This week marks the return of Candlestick Chronicles, which can only mean one thing — football season is right around the corner.

Our annual collab with the Candlestick Chronicles Podcast is brewed with 100% Citra, and this Hazy IPA will be sticking around through the end of football season. Cheers to the Candlestick Chronicles crew for another year of talking Niners and drinking b**r with us. 🍻🏈

And because one fresh IPA apparently wasn’t enough, we also dropped a fresh batch of Moment of Truth West Coast IPA.

Both are fresh and available now.
