🏈 CANDLESTICK SEASON IS BACK.

This week marks the return of Candlestick Chronicles, which can only mean one thing — football season is right around the corner.

Our annual collab with the Candlestick Chronicles Podcast is brewed with 100% Citra, and this Hazy IPA will be sticking around through the end of football season. Cheers to the Candlestick Chronicles crew for another year of talking Niners and drinking beer with us. 🍻🏈

And because one fresh IPA apparently wasn’t enough, we also dropped a fresh batch of Moment of Truth West Coast IPA.

Both are fresh and available now.

The Ross Street Activation is officially rolling, and we’re trying something new at Downtown Cooperage…

We’re opening at NOON on weekdays! ☀️🍻

Ross Street will have a rotating food truck every Monday–Friday from 11–2, so grab some lunch, find a spot on Ross Street and swing into Cooperage for a beer starting at noon.

And here’s the deal… if y’all use the new hours, we’ll keep ’em. 👀

IT’S FINALLY HERE! 🍻🎶🌮

After more than a year of planning, the Ross Street Activation is officially LIVE!

So what is it? From now through October 31, Ross Street is closed to cars and open to people — an awesome new community space right in the heart of Downtown Santa Rosa!

🌮 Food trucks every weekday for lunch, 11–2
🎶 Live music Friday & Saturday nights
🛍️ Markets, activities & more on Sundays
🍺 Outdoor drinks & Saturday fun with Cooperage
🪑 Picnic tables, games + places to hang
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family friendly + kids play area

And to make lunch even better, Downtown Cooperage is opening at NOON every weekday while the activation is running. 🍺

Who knows… if y’all love the new hours, maybe we keep ’em. 👀

It’s a beautiful day, and we’ve got TWO Sparklepants dropping today.

🍊🍑 FUZZY NAVEL SPARKLEPANTS — DRAFT + CANS
A full-on blast of ripe peach and juicy orange. Think fresh-squeezed citrus, peach rings, orange sherbet, and that unmistakable fuzzy-navel cocktail aroma. Bright, sweet-tart, ridiculously fruity, and absolutely loaded with Sparklepants sass.

🥭🍊🍍 POG COCKTAIL SPARKLEPANTS — DRAFT ONLY
Passionfruit. Orange. Guava.
Tropical fruit turned all the way up — huge aromas of ripe guava and passionfruit, juicy orange, pineapple-like tropical candy, and a little citrusy tang to keep the whole thing dangerously drinkable.

Sparkly? Obviously.
Fruity? Aggressively.
Subtle? Sparklepants doesn’t know her. 💅✨

Our dankest outlaw is back with a fresh batch and a new trick up his sleeve: Blackberry Kush terpenes.

This Hazy IPA is loaded with ripe blackberry, juicy fruit and a deep, unmistakably kushy aroma.

The kind of aroma that makes you stop mid-sip and wonder who brought a big bag of kush into the bar.

Nobody did.

There is no w**d, THC or cannabis in this beer.
It just smells a whole lot like there is.

Dank? Yep.
Juicy? You bet.
Subtle? Wyatt Terp has never heard of it.

Some brewery upgrades happen behind the scenes.

This one weighs 50,000 pounds and is sitting right out front.

After more than two years of saving, planning, designing, and working through permits, our new malt silo is finally standing.

To get it online, we’ll have to temporarily pause brewing while we tie everything into the brewhouse. That’s never ideal, but it’ll be worth it. Fingers crossed we can knock it out quickly and get back to making beer before anyone notices.

And because every good brewery milestone deserves a beer…

We’re celebrating with a fresh can of Crispy Crusher. It’s crisp, clean, refreshing, and brewed to be the kind of beer you can enjoy any day of the week.
