Casually elegant with an upscale feel, Stark’s Steak & Seafood serves up classic fare with a modern approach. Stark’s features sustainable seafood, Certified Angus Beef® brand, Prime and Natural, in-house dry-aged beef, and American Kobe. All beef is hand selected by owner/executive chef Mark Stark and served à la carte. Guests may choose from an extensive list of local and international wines, many in half bottles. Full bar features signature and well cocktails and over sixty whiskeys.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Margarito has been named a finalist for Best Front of House Manager in Sonoma County’s Stars of the Industry awards. ❤️

He’s been part of this company since 2009, starting here at Stark's Steak & Seafood and growing into just about every role along the way. From the kitchen to the floor, behind the bar and now in management, he’s built his career through consistency and genuine care for the work. His path has taken him through , , , and without ever leaving his home base at Stark’s.

We’ve always known how special he is. The way he takes care of guests, supports his team, and leads with a calm, steady presence—it’s something we’re lucky to have every day. Outside of work, he’s an incredible father and family man, and that same care shows up in everything he does here.
