This is one of our favorite things to do. These custom cookies were printed with the Solstice 2026 logo, made to order for a local celebration. We can put your event logo, your colors, or your own design right on the cookie. Weddings, fundraisers, corporate events, big birthdays, you name it. If you can dream it, we can probably bake it. Here is one from our not-so-secret menu. Our gluten-free Peanut Butter Drop comes in a no-sugar version, a flourless cookie with a touch of grey sea salt that proves you do not need sugar to make something worth craving. Ask for it at the counter. The counter is open again this week, by the way, and we are glad to be back.

Ever wonder what a morning in our kitchen actually looks like? Trays in, trays out, all day long. We are not running an assembly line. We are making the right number of cookies the right way, with ingredients we would happily eat by the spoonful.

This might look like a pile of scraps. To us it is one of the things we are proudest of. For every one bin of waste that leaves this kitchen, three go to compost. Parchment, eggshells, citrus peels, all of it. That is what slow food looks like behind the scenes, and it is a big part of why our Slow Food Snail of Approval means so much to us. Great cookies start with great ingredients and responsible choices. Both matter to us.

Quick reminder for our regulars: our retail counter is closed this week, July 13 to 18, while our team takes some time off. We are still baking, so you can absolutely get your cookie fix. We are open Saturday July 4th!

We are OPEN Saturday, July 4th. Come grab something sweet for the cookout, the parade, or the couch.

Now for the week to put on your calendar. The week of Monday, July 13 through Saturday, July 18, our retail counter will be closed. A few of our team members are taking time off, between summer vacations and recovering from surgery, so we are scaling back to pre-orders only that week.

Here is what that means for you:
