I took a chance and had my first attempt at making a Japanese style log cake, it was a bit of a mess if I’m honest, but nothing a little chocolate ganache couldn’t cover up. Over all it’s a chocolatey delight! Definitely learned something’s I will use next time I try to make another! ☺️ Happy Father’s Day to all of our followers, and all of their Father’s as well.
