Long before phones told us the exact sunset time, guests gathered on the roof deck with one goal in mind… guessing the exact moment the sun would dip below the Gulf. 🌅

Back then, a chalkboard sat at the bar inside the Tarpon Club, filled with handwritten guesses from sunset watchers hoping to win a free drink when the bell rang.
