Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - this stuff is just amazing. To make it in combine gluten free almond flour, organic maple syrup, and JUST DATE chocolate chips with swirls of our signature salted chocolate (coconut cream, cocoa, date, and sea salt).

All completely plant-based ice cream. Made right here in Santa Monica.

Caro-leanz wanted me to make some Rocky Road for Ice Cream Wednesday. So let’s make some…

For this I use my salted chocolate base of coconut cream, cocoa, date, and sea salt. Then I add in almond flakes and Dandies Marshmallows vegan marshmallows. It’s one of our slightly naughtier flavors.
