As our iconic Santa Monica Pier sign prepares to head to Las Vegas for a little TLC and restoration, we’re getting ready to celebrate a piece of our hometown history! While the sign takes a little vacation, we’ll be right here at The Lobster, keeping the spirit of the Pier alive with ocean views, great food, and a little local love. 🦞🌅

For our Santa Monica locals and friends … Come in 12-3pm for a little watch party while the sign comes down 🥂

Now in its eighth vintage, this w**e continues to resist easy definition🥂

To make Superbloom, Las Jaras Wines always co-ferments red and white grapes and keeps it completely natural without any additions in the cellar. This time around, they’ve deliberately let a bit more color into the blend by leaning more deeply into their love of early-picked Grenache Noir….
The result? A fresh and vibrant w**e with the presence and texture of a very pale red 🥂🌺
