Bread Head Sandwiches

Bread Head Sandwiches Delicious sandwiches, sides & drinks crafted by two Michelin Star chefs. Opening March 2024. They started by crafting their own homemade bread.

Longtime friends chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder first met while running one of LA’s finest kitchens, Michelin star-rated Trois Mec. Among many things, they shared an appreciation for the art of the sandwich and set out to build one that was simple yet refined. Next they sourced the best products from around the world while adding purposeful ingredients that work together in concert, taking

into account not only flavor but also texture and aroma. Sandwiches lovingly composed but satisfyingly simple. Through 2021 and 2022, they perfected their menu through several pop ups. Then in 2023, Alex and Jordan partnered with Venice Brands (founder of Joolies, Kinderfarms, among several other companies) and Michael Pasternak (former COO of the Night + Market restaurant group). Together, they formed Bread Head Restaurant Group. We are currently popping up at JuneShine's Santa Monica location if you want to come by. We are opening our first permanent Bread Head location at 1518 Montana Avenue in Santa Monica in January 2024, with many more planned over time. We will post updates here as we get closer to our official grand opening.
