As an incentive Chef Dan is making his famous Hummus with Tatbilha (pickled chiles, garlic, lemon, parsley, olive oil)

Hummus has been a passion of Chef Dan’s since he was a child. He misses making it and wants to put it on the menu for one afternoon only!
