Camarones Aguachiles 🥑 🥒 🦐

Last year, we renamed this dish from “camarones ahogados” (drowned shrimp) to the more commonly known “aguachiles”.
At El Pueblito, our aguachiles are made to order, and are served in a bowl. They are then drowned in our lemon-Serrano-cilantro juice blend
