He began his profession as a master chef by the age of 23. In 2000, traveling afar from Dalian, China, master chef Ming Liu and his wife Vicky became part of the Ming Dynasty family. We have a wide selection of Mandarin, Szechuan, and Hunan cuisine. We offer all you can eat lunch and dinner buffet 7 days a week with more than 25 items to choose from. Not in for a big meal?
