We have more photos to share. Stay tuned!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for A Journey Through Time & Terroir. From our chefs and kitchen crew to our front-of-house team, everyone had such a great time bringing this special dinner to life. Most importantly, it was wonderful to see our guests enjoying the evening as much as we did.

Chef Nate Clements and Chef Rebecca Freeman created an incredible progression of dishes, and the VARA Winery & Distillery wine pairings throughout the evening were fantastic.

A very special touch was VARA CEO Jon Murray personally introducing each course and its wine pairing, sharing a little insight into why the food and wine worked so beautifully together.

Thank you to VARA, our entire team, and everyone who joined us and made the evening so memorable. We’re incredibly grateful and hope to do something like this again!

We’re excited to share that all of our tables have been reserved, but we still have 8 seats available at the bar.

We need to finalize our guest count by the end of tonight, so this is your last chance to join us. It’s going to be a wonderful evening of food, wine, and great company.

A HUGE thanks and congrats to everyone who participated in the Edible New Mexico Green Chile Smackdown at Santa Fe Brewing Company! Hard work, tons of fun, and totally worth it. Big love to our family, volunteers, and staff for making it happen. Let's do it again!

Crispy Angus smash patty on brioche, topped with Hatch green chile, ghost pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, arugula, and (wait for it) fried calamari! Bold, spicy, and downright delicious.
