I wanted to share a quick update and say thank you to everyone who supported Uncle DT’s Smokehouse over the years.

Opening a restaurant just weeks before the pandemic shutdowns was definitely an adventure, and I’m incredibly grateful we were able to build something that earned a loyal following and a 4.8-star reputation along the way. It was a great chapter of life.

Over the past year, though, I made the decision to transition back into my longtime career in IT full-time.
