My name is Tim Lerma and my business partner is my cousin and friend Raymond Dominguez. We were both born and raised in Santa Fe. We were also both born into a large Hispanic family. Growing up it was all about family and getting together around the table and sharing good laughs and even better food. Raymond and I were both lucky enough to pick up on the excellent cooking skills. Raymond is also a

pastry Chef. Our vision for our Restaurant is to have a family owned and operated establishment, that is welcoming, friendly, affordable and most importantly great food. Raymond is experienced in the food industry and I am experienced in business management. We know that the two of us put together will make a great business built on passion and the ability to make people feel appreciated. Our vision is to have our restaurant/bakery up an running in a great location. We will offer native new Mexican food along with gourmet pastries and cakes. We are currently offering catering services and our first big even will be the Fiestas De Santa Fe 2016. Look for our booth on the Plaza.
