Just a heads up! The Santa Fe Cat Cafe will be closed to the public Saturday, July 11 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a private event.

You can still stop by before or after! We’ll be open 7:00–10:30 AM and 1:30–5:00 PM, with our regular hours resuming on Sunday (7:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to welcome you and the cats back soon! 💕

Meet Larry, a big sweetheart who is more than ready to find his forever home.

Larry was rescued from a feral colony that had been nearly wiped out by free roaming dogs, and despite everything he’s been through, he has grown into a gentle, affectionate, and loyal companion. He’s a total cutie who enjoys spending time with people, gets along well with other cats and small dogs, and has formed a special friendship with his cat lounge bestie, Grinch.

We’d love to see Larry and Grinch find a home together, where they can continue being the adorable duo they’ve become.

Now he’s just waiting for someone to give him the happy ending he deserves. 🐾

Tiny beans. Tiny bottles. Introducing Española Humane’s Milk Drunk Academy: Bottle Babies 101 — join us for a beginner friendly hour learning how to safely care for orphaned bottle babies: feeding, warming, potty duty, troubleshooting, milk-drunk faces and tiny yawns. With 82 animals brought to our doors in the past 72 hours, we need fosters now more than ever!

Class size is limited to just 10 participants, and attendees ages 14+ are welcome with a parent. Participation includes agreeing to foster at least one litter of neonates this season and all attendees will also join an exclusive Bottle Baby support cohort: a cozy little village of fellow fosters where you can ask questions, celebrate milestones, and spam the group chat with milk mustaches and sleeping baby piles.
