Santa Fe, we’ve had some absolutely beautiful days out here lately—seriously, what more could we ask for? And on top of that, you all have been showing us so much love. We sure do appreciate every bit of it.
Stop on by today and let us help you fight off that lunchtime hunger. Add a little happiness to your day with a good ol’ Frito Pie, or sweeten things up with one of our Strawberries & Cream Cupcakes. Because sometimes lunch needs dessert… and sometimes dessert needs lunch.

Current situation: operation relaxation. 🦋🌺🌸🌹🍃🦜 Matt misses you all. But enjoying the time in paradise. He will be returning over the weekend, assuming travel isn't disrupted and we hope to be back in action next week. As long as the air quality isn't too poor 😷🤕

Good morning santa fe. Just wanted to remind everyone that we will be CLOSED TEMPORARILY for a couple weeks. Another Brochacho who lives in Quito, Ecuador is getting married and Matt will be taking a lil break to attend the wedding and spend time with the family. We understand the timing is not ideal as we are still in peak hotdog season, but when the homie from Garcia Street Club days is getting married, ya gotta go and show some love! We plan on being back open on the 18th of August so check back here for updates on that and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Happy Thursday, Santa Fe! These afternoon rain showers have been treating us right, and we're definitely not complaining. The cooler weather calls for some great food, and we've got you covered!

Today's star is the Kaiju Dog—loaded up with crunchy sesame ginger slaw, savory teriyaki glaze, and just the right kick of sriracha to keep things interesting. Need a little pick-me-up? Our Jamocha Almond Fudge Cupcakes are ready to power you through the rest of your day.

We also wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up. We're open today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday), then we'll be taking a two-week break. One of our Brochachos brothers, who lives in Ecuador, is getting married, and we're heading down to celebrate with him. Family has always been a huge part of who we are, and we're excited to be there for such a special occasion.

We'll be back on August 18th, rested, recharged, and ready to fire up the grill for all of you again.

Happy Friday, Santa Fe! We finally made it. You survived the work week, the meetings that should've been emails, and the "I'm only gonna have one coffee" lie we all told ourselves Monday morning.

It's time to reward yourself.

Today's Friday feature is the Garden Dog—our jumbo all-beef hot dog stacked with heaps of our cool, refreshing cucumber salad tossed in a homemade vinaigrette. It's basically summer throwing a party on a bun. Not feeling a hot dog? We've got the cucumber salad available as a side too!

And because Fridays deserve dessert, we've got our Strawberries & Cream Cupcakes. Fresh strawberries baked inside with a rich, fluffy strawberry mousse on top. They're so good they might just make you forget you still have laundry waiting at home.

So sneak away from work for a bit, bring your lunch crew, or just come claim a little Friday happiness for yourself. Weekends are earned... and we think they should start with Brochachos.
