We got a little rest, we've finally stopped dreaming about flipping pancakes, and now we're back in full chile mode!

Good morning santa fe. We hope everyone had a safe and fun weekend, but we at Brochachos' are still feeling it. We are gonna remain CLOSED TODAY (7/7) for one more day of recovery, and come back refreshed weds-fri to serve you all.

In case anyone was curious what over 2 TONS of pancake batter looks like, here ya go haha.

Volunteer work isn't always easy, but it is at least fulfilling to do work that raises money for our community and those in need. Big thank you to the whole team that made this event possible.
