Chef Fernando Ruiz 's mission with EINNM is to help incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and at-risk individuals successfully reintegrate into society by providing workforce training and pathways to opportunity.

Through culinary arts and hospitality, including real-world connections to Escondido Santa Fe, the program gives participants practical skills, support, and a chance to build a more stable future. At its core, EINNM is about redemption, second chances, and helping people rebuild their lives through meaningful work and community.
