If The Mermaid were a famous person, she’d be Stevie Nicks. ✨🌊

Sweet, a little fiery, and a signature style all her own.

Thinly sliced ham off the bone, mango habanero jam, Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes, arugula, and rosemary-garlic aioli on toasted rosemary sourdough. Every layer hits its own note. 🎶

So now, let’s bring The Grotto to life. 👀

Every detail. Up close.

Fresh snapper, blackened each day in our kitchen.
Tarragon basil aioli made to pair with the fish.
Jalapeno Lime slaw.
Chimichurri tomatoes.
Fresh arugula.
All tucked into a lightly toasted Francese roll.

No breaded, frozen fish filet hiding under there. Just fresh ingredients, layered one by one, exactly the way we make it at Seabright Deli.

We’re excited to now carry Lipslide Grindz Popcorn at Seabright Deli — made by a local, woman-owned small business right here in our community.

As a small family-owned business ourselves, we know how much every purchase, share, recommendation, and “you’ve gotta try this” means. So when we get the chance to put another local small business on our shelves, we’re all in.

Before the sunrise. Before the smokers. Before the brisket. Before the first sandwich of the day… someone has to unlock the door. 🔑🔥

That’s Gary, down on his knee at our very old glass door with its very old lock at the very bottom. 😄

In the dark of the morning. Every morning. He gets to the deli, fires up the smokers, and gets the brisket and chicken going low and slow so hours later, folks can enjoy their sandwiches.

Most people only see what comes across the counter.

This is what happens long before we open the doors. ❤️🥪

And yes… we probably should get a door lock that doesn’t require a morning workout. 😂
