Chai a la roadside chai wallah
1 cup water (pani)
1 cup milk (dude( yes milk in hindi is dude,dude))
3 tbs tea (chai( surprise chai just means tea))
3 tbs sugar (chinni)
big tablespoon chopped fresh ginger (ada)
1/2 tsp ground cardamon (which i will find the word for soon)
Mix all and bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes and then serve piping hot in little glasses.
Question everyone you serve " What is your country? Your good name?"
