Marianne’s Ice Cream has been a Santa Cruz institution and favorite for all ages for 70 years. The ice cream shop began as a small operation with only 13 flavors in 1947 and today serves over 75 flavors daily at its Ocean Street store and has over 100 flavors total that are sold both retail and wholesale and in over 223 restaurants.

Creamy vanilla ice cream and luscious black raspberry ribbons come together in literal scoop-worthy harmony.

Our black raspberry swirl is made in-house using berries from Decker Farms in Oregon, creating a vibrant burst of berry flavor that weaves through every bite. 🫐🍓🐮🐄

Since 1947, you have made Marianne’s part of your celebrations, traditions, beach days, family vacations, and everyday sweet moments. We are dedicated to living up to these high expectations and we wouldn’t be Marianne’s without our Fans and Friends. There’s a worm in my dirt but it’s delicious! 🪱
This isn’t a joke. April Showers Bring Fudge & Flowers is our take on a dirt cup for the Sundae of the Month! We think you’ll be squirming for ice cream with this one.

Available for the whole month of April, this SOTM has Fudge Brownie, Green Tea, oreo dirt crumbles, gummy worms, pastel sprinkles, and of course, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Thank you to Cecilia from our Fair Ave & Ocean St locations for creating this treat! 🌼
