Responsibilities
    🤸‍♀️ Bring a high-energy customer experience
    🏃‍♀️ Run the floor confidently & get to know our community
    🐕‍🦺 Lead the team by example & create daily task lists
    🧼 Maintain beer quality & taproom cleanliness
    💰Handle opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory replenishment
    📅 A flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays is a must

Qualifications
    💯 Fun, friendly, responsible, punctual and reliable
    ✅ Genuine enthusiasm & knowledge of craft beer
    🏠 Live reasonably close to Santa Cruz
    ⭐️ Bring a positive, welcoming presence

💵 Compensation
$40–$45+ per hour (minimum wage + tips) • 2 weeks paid time off • SIMPLE IRA w/ 100% match • Discounts on beer & merch

🍺🚀 Tap list dropp’n like it’s H🔥T! This is the place to be Saturday for our 12th Anniversary & Beer Fest! We have a link on our event page in our BIO & a QR to scan upon entry! Search 60 brews + 9 specialty pours at 3pm by brewery, beer or style!

📣🐶 PSA: The Bay Ave/ Porter exit off Hwy 1 South is closed. You’ll need to exit at 41st Ave or take an alternative route!

🚗💨 Parking will be limited so plan an Uber / Lyft, carpool or ride your bike! Bike racks will be onsite.

🎟️ We have tickets available online & tickets at the door. Door tickets will increase to $60/ $40 / $15, so hurry hurry!
