This is our new Spicy Tofu Salad. This menu addition brings a fresh new appetizer to our vegan options. This dish has fresh tofu -fried to order- with a fantastic crispy texture that compliments the bed of lettuce to perfection. The salad base is a bed of lettuce mixed with cilantro, carrots, mint, cucumber, onion, green onion, and lime-based dressing and topped with cashews. I don't know how many customers subscribe to Food & Wine but I do. Please pay particular attention to RULE 2.

I know throughout the pandemic shutdowns 3rd Party Delivery services helped us survive when Takeout/Delivery was the only option. Santa Cruz City passed emergency measures that helped SC restaurants by capping all 3rd party delivery partners to 15% commission on orders placed through 3rd party ordering systems. Today with indoor seating, those rules do not apply. 3rd party delivery partners now charge 15% - 35% for customer pickup and/or delivery. Help out ALL your favorite Santa Cruz restaurants by following Rule #2 in this article. Also, 3rd Party partners love to post on restaurants' Google pages and pay? to be listed ahead of the restaurants own online system. Supposedly, with the restaurants' permission but that makes no cents for the restaurant!

The other three rules are also excellent!
