Buckle up, flight crew — there’s a new flavor cleared for takeoff! 🫡

We stuffed this one with a creamy, cheesy jalapeño popper cream cheese filling and gave it just enough heat to keep things interesting. Then we coated the whole thing in crispy panko crumbs for a golden, crunchy exterior that shatters with every bite. 😮‍💨🧀

Pernil isn’t just a recipe in Puerto Rico — it’s a Sunday dinner, a holiday table, a whole family gathered around the oven waiting. 🇵🇷

We took that same slow-roasted pork shoulder and turned it into the Mister Carnitas — shredded, stacked, and toasted on a roll till it’s crisp on the outside, tender all the way through. Served with a side and an agua fresca to complete the flight. ✈️

This one’s for anyone who wants a taste of home, even if home is somewhere else.
