Prepare to dive deep into the world of premium spirits. We are incredibly honored to welcome rum legend Ed Hamilton to our sunken sanctuary for an exclusive, immersive tasting event at The Fallen Trident.

For $60 per person, your passage includes a specially curated rum flight showcasing incredible expressions, plus a handcrafted tropical cocktail to enjoy during the event. As you sip, Ed will take the floor to share his unparalleled knowledge of rum production, stories from his extensive travels across the Caribbean, and the history behind the spirits that fuel our favorite tiki creations.

To ensure an intimate, conversational experience for everyone on board, we are strictly limiting tables to a maximum of four guests. Please note: to make the most of our space, smaller parties may be combined to fill a table. This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of the most respected voices in the industry while soaking in the ambiance of the Trident.

The tides have shifted, and the captain is extending your time in the abyss. To celebrate the season, The Fallen Trident is rolling out our new Summer Hours. We are now open Friday and Saturday nights until Midnight! That gives you even more time to escape the heat, disappear into our sunken sanctuary, and lose yourself in a menu of vibrant tropical cocktails.
