📍324 Fort Bayard St. El Colibri (which translates to “The Hummingbird”) Cafe is located in the Village of Santa Clara, Grant County, New Mexico. El Colibri offers classic and cultural menu items for breakfast and lunch, including scratch-made biscuits and gravy, breakfa

st sandwiches, flatbreads, soups, salads, burgers, chicken wings, and Asian street food items. Foods from other cultures will also be offered as specials (i.e., Korean Bulgogi, Peruvian chicken, Filipino noodle dishes, etc.). Hot and cold espresso drinks, as well as a variety of fresh baked goods are also available to customers throughout the day.

Summer Part-time dishwasher/server needed 2-3 days a week 10:00am-Close (approx 4:00pm). Please come in to pick up an application at El Colibri Cafe, 324 Fort Bayard Street in Santa Clara between 8:00am - 2:30pm. This is a temporary position for the summer until school starts.
