The final installment of the Miyavi trilogy, Miso Ramen Miyavi, features a seafood broth made with three types of shellfish: sushi-grade Hokkaido scallops, bay scallops, and oysters. Its homemade anchovy butter offers a powerful aroma of the sea. The roasted pork slices are tender and made with Berkshire pork belly. And the star of the dish is the homemade thick curly noodles. Chew them well before you eat.
