We are a small, family run cheese shop in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Founded in December of 2003, our mission is to provide excellent, friendly, personal service alongside the best tasting cheeses and foods. C'est Cheese offers about 120 different types of cheese alongside over two dozen cured meats, a modest but well-priced and high quality selection of wines, and a whole wall of delici

ous goodies that go far beyond just crackers. From supplying cheese to the best Santa Barbara restaurants to offering beautiful cheese platters and reception catering, C'est Cheese is a full service specialty food store. As many of you are already aware, C'est Cheese is planning to expand this year. We will be quadrupling our square footage which is both terrifying and exciting! And while we are still working on the details of our plan, the basics are that we will be expanding our current lunch offerings into a full service breakfast & lunch cafe. In addition, we'll be greatly expanding our catering offerings to include an array of delicious cheese & appetizer platters as well as lunch catering for local businesses.

AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, WE HAD A BIG SET BACK A FEW YEARS AGO DURING THE THOMAS FIRE AND RESULTING MUDSLIDES.
EVER SINCE, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING TO RECOVER FROM ITS IMPACT, BUT THE CURRENT PANDEMIC HAS BEEN MORE THAN WE CAN OVERCOME.
WE HUNG ON AS LONG AS WE COULD, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE TIME HAS COME FOR US TO CLOSE OUR DOORS.
WITH A HEAVY HEART, WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT SATURDAY, JULY 18TH, WAS C’EST CHEESE’S LAST DAY IN BUSINESS.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL OF THE SUPPORT AND LOVE THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN US OVER THE YEARS.
