Viva Modern Mexican is a new restaurant, lounge, and hall rental, build on the foundation and beliefs of Santa Barbara's Fiesta Heritage. Located steps from the courthouse, in the heart of downtown, you can find your perfect brunch spot, after work cocktail, or intimate dinner setting. Inspired by Santa Barbara's annual Fiesta, the decor, heritage, and heart of VIVA strives to celebrate Fiesta all

year long. Our restaurant is a place for you not only to feel welcomed and comfortable, but to be free to celebrate and experience lasting memories over a meal and drink with those you love! Santa Barbara has so many wonderful places to eat, but we wanted a spot that we could call home, afford to frequent regularly, and home to everyone with the same passion for the city we all call home.
