For Feb 14, Chef John is serving a special menu made for sharing: Roasted Beets with avocado, pickled onion, toasted walnuts, rosé vinaigrette, and herbs; Sourdough Cavatelli alla Zozzona with pork belly + prosciutto ragù, egg, and Parmigiano Reggiano; and the finale, Chocolate Crème Caramel.
