We're a food truck utilizing the newest technology and equipment and a hand crafted menu to provide the perfect experience.

We have a new truck outfitted with satellite flat screen tv and I Pad ordering system. The menu was the creation of esteemed chef Chris Rahder, who brings culinary knowledge from the east and west coasts, as well as a considerable amount of time in Japan studying culinary traditions and working for a variety of different gourmet establishments. red meals, the freshest and highest quality ingredients, and tremendous customer service. We look forward to the opportunity to turn each of you into a loyal ZZ Truck fan.

Dear ALL ZZ Truck Fans -
It is unfortunate to admit that The ZZ Truck has been out of service for a couple of years now. We appreciate all the love and support throughout the duration of our time out on the open roads, and you welcoming us in your cities! We had an amazing experience getting the pleasure to serve and share our food creations for all the appetites that we fed! With the retirement of our truck, we ran across some photos of the food we use to create on the truck and an idea came to mind. We thought to ourselves, "Why not provide our ZZ truck fans with consistent and AWESOME/CRAVEABLE pictures of the amazing food we prepare in our R&D Test Kitchen?"

Imagine a page where you can always go to for food inspiration. Whether it is occasional chef recipes , behind the scenes videos of our photoshoots and up&coming food items, freshly created/prepared food hot off the grill, etc. We'd love to get your feedback? What do you think ZZ Truck Fans ... A Food Culture Page where all will feel right at home?

Sorry for the lack of updates ZZ Truck fans. We have been off the road for a couple weeks, putting a together a better strategy for the rest of 2013. As soon as I got updates, I'll pass them along. Thanks as always for being fans of our truck!
