A little about the Artist:
Growing up in Portland Oregan, Sushi Artist Vu Nguyen was no stranger to the hobby of fishing at a very young age. He has been a Sushi Chef for the last 13 years and has worked at several established Sushi Restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County. In 2008 he founded his own company: Sushi Studio Arts. Vuβs vision allows him to see all his presentations of sushi as edible art pieces. With all the sexual connotations associated with body sushi, it is sometimes difficult to find the proper setting and audience. Vuβs most successful displays are the ones he has created on his own, but he is always searching for new kinds of collaborations. His approach to presenting body sushi is purely elegant and artistic. The model is merely the canvas, his knife is the brush and the sushi, the paint.
