Last night, during our big catering event, we had the wonderful opportunity to interview Ms. Irma Honrada, an excellent cook and a true food critic who knows what real and authentic Filipino food should taste like.

We were so excited and honestly a little nervous to hear her thoughts about our food. But hearing her say that she loved everything and that our dishes have a definitely authentic Filipino taste meant so much to our family. 🥹❤️🇵🇭
