Starting this week, we’re adding TWO house-made sides to go with our hot sandwiches:

🧀 Homemade Baked Mac & Cheese
🥬 Dirty Philly Cheesesteak Cabbage

That’s right… cheesy, creamy comfort food and a cabbage side loaded with all those savory Philly flavors we love. 🤤

We’re giving these a test run to see what y’all think! If you love ‘em, we’ll keep ‘em around. If not… we’ll blame Chef James and pretend this never happened. 😂

Y’ALL. 😳😂

We don’t know whether to be excited, concerned, or start charging admission to the parking lot.

This week alone we sold 102 pounds of chicken salad in TWO DAYS. One hundred and two. Pounds. 🤯🐔

And can we talk about the fact that there were cars sitting in the parking lot at 9:00 AM waiting for us to open? We see y’all. We appreciate y’all. We are also mildly concerned about your level of commitment. 😂☕️

Now let’s discuss the real question…

WHO snagged a brûléed croissant today?!

Because those things disappeared faster than a paycheck at Target.

Chicken salad? Gone.
Croissants? Gone.
Desserts? Gone.
Our sanity? Hanging on by a thread. 😂

To every single one of you who showed up, shared a post, told a friend, stood in line, waited patiently, and kept us running around like caffeinated squirrels…

We’re beyond grateful for this crazy little community you’ve helped us build. Now excuse us while we go figure out how much chicken salad we’re supposed to make next week because apparently 102 pounds wasn’t enough. 🤦‍♀️😂

Okay Sanford and surrounding areas--- tomorrow is the day!

We will have 60 croissants ready to go at 10:00 a.m.! There are no reserves on these as it's too hard to keep up with everything else that's being sold.

Last time we did these we sold out in 28 minutes. 😜😜🤤🤤

Tell your bosses that you need an early lunch break, and you'll bring them one back haha

Can you text!? Sure you can ... but please make sure you get a response or confirmation! If we do not text back, that means we are busy and have not had a chance to receive your order!

Please include the name, time of pickup and your order information within the text. This will help us eliminate back and forth text messages!!

And if you choose to come with a messy bun and in your pajamas... we can curbside service or you don't have to get out of your vehicle :-)
